Privacy Policy

NovaDyne Sdn Bhd (“NovaDyne”, “we”, “us”) is a Malaysian software company. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and, where applicable, other data-protection laws that apply to our customers.

We collect personal data in three main ways:

• Data you give us — when you submit an enquiry or join a waitlist (name, email, phone, company, message), register for a portal account, or correspond with our team.
• Data processed in the platform — information your organisation stores in NovaCube (for example employee records, contacts, deals, tickets and messages). Here we act on your organisation's instructions.
• Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and reliability.

• to respond to enquiries and provide the products and services you request;
• to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Services;
• to notify you about products you have asked to hear about (such as early-access waitlists);
• to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Our platforms include AI features that process the content you provide in order to generate answers, insights and other output. Your business data is never used to train public AI models. Where third-party AI providers are used to deliver a feature, data is sent to them only as needed to provide that feature and subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, communications, AI model providers), bound by confidentiality obligations;
• professional advisers and authorities where required by law;
• a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

Some of our service providers operate outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Our marketing site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and to protect it (for example security and load-balancing by our infrastructure providers). The NovaCube platform uses cookies required for sign-in sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry records for as long as we correspond with you and a reasonable period afterwards; platform data for the duration of your organisation's agreement (and a short export window after termination); and log data for a limited security-review period.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, granular role-based access controls, network isolation and monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we review and improve our safeguards continuously.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent to processing, or limit how we use it. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form or the customer support portal. If your data is stored in a customer's NovaCube instance, we may refer your request to that organisation, which controls the data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
